Email your clients and prospects using this email template:
How to Use Your .OFT Template Full Series - Download the files from here →
- Choose from the options below:
Option 1: From the File System
Double-click the .oft file to open a new email based on the template.
Option 2: From Outlook
Go to Home > New Items > More Items > Choose Form.
In the “Look in” menu, select User Templates in File System.
Choose your template and click Open.
- Add the name of your client(s)
- Add your signature at the bottom of the email
- Click on "Send."
