In our change management process, I’m facing an issue when trying to complete a Change Action (CA) that is associated with a Change Order (CO).

When the CA is managed independently, it can be completed successfully without any errors.

However, when the CA is linked to a CO, I get the following error during the final approval step of the CA:

"Promote Connected Object Failed: Trigger program failed"

Because of this error, I am unable to complete the CA — and as a result, the CO cannot progress either.

I found a similar issue in another service request where increasing the heap size helped. We've already increased the heap size to 8091 for both 3DSpace and 3DDashboard, but the problem still persists.

Has anyone else encountered this behavior or have any suggestions?
