As you may know, there is a Requirement to install:
- Microsoft Visual Studio .NET desktop development tools to use the Robot Programming translation commands (Create Robot Program, Import Robot Program).
- Microsoft Visual Studio C++ desktop development tools (Build Tools) to run Simulations
As indicated in our official documentation, for the R2024x Software Release, .NET compatible versions are included in VS 2017 or 2019 (no requirement for C++ versions):

If you don’t already have the complete installation for one of these two compatible versions, you will probably get this issue when launching one of the OLP command:
In this situation, we can only recommend you to find a way to download Visual Studio 2017 or 2019.
When the Installer is downloaded, launch it and install:
- Desktop development with C++ (for the compiler).
- Don't forget to install the C++/CLI Support for Build Tools
.NET desktop development (for OLP)
