Simplify your stacking with Position Variables

Since 23xFD03, DELMIA Robotics ​​​​​​​offers the possibly to use Position Variables in Robot Tasks.

Combined with Logical operation, using these variables may drastically simplify your Robot Program: No need to manually define each Robot Position, but choose to define the offset between each product !

Basically, how it works ?

  1.  Define the Nominal Position of the Variable Tag
  2.  Create a Robot Motion to this Variable Tag
  3.  Define the Offset (Position / Orientation) on the desired direction(s), to automatically reposition the tag.
  4.  Create a loop simulation to reproduce the cycle: Move to Tag > Update Tag Position

Doing this, the number of Robot Program lines will be reduced, as your chance to make mistakes in your OLP !
