In Delmia Robotics solution, the painting solution not only supports robot OLP function, but also analyzes the painting material thickness achieved under the current robot trajectory and spraying parameters.
The key process parameters of painting, such as flow rate, forming air flow rate, hanging cup speed, gun distance, overlap rate, and the angle, are all generally related to the painting process.
However, painting actually has a certain degree of closure in the work scene, so many environmental factors are related to the spraying results. Temperature, humidity, and even in real spraying scenes, where there are some exhaust gas collection and emission devices, etc., can affect the spraying results. Therefore, we need to calibrate the spraying parameters to correct the influence of those environmental factors.
We calibrate the painting parameters based on the actual painting results, so that in subsequent painting simulations, the influence of environmental factors can also be incorporated into the calculation of simulation results.
