Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with a system where components are processed based on requests, and an operator uses a push cart to pick them up. The operator feeds the process by going to the machine buffers see requests and selecting the required components on FlowRacks.

Problem:

There are approximately 38 different SKUs with varying sizes, and the operator may need to pick more than one item at a time. I've tried using mobile storage to facilitate this, but it's leading to a second problem: inconsistent cart arrangements. Sometimes, the operator picks 3 items for 3 different machines, while other times they pick 3 items for the same machine.

I'm seeking suggestions or solutions to address this issue. Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.
