New Source, Transform and Sink for Virtual Commissioning

A new source & sink functionality is now available in the Robot virtual commissioning apps.

Simulate and validate multi-cycle operations while performing virtual commissioning. Manage the creation (the source), transformation (replace by), and removal (the sink) of parts in the work cell.

The part creation can set some attributes on the parts introduced in the flow, these attributes can be read by sensors to set variable and finally launch the corresponding device or robot  tasks.

The transformation remove or replace can be done also done regarding these attributes.

Thanks to sensors, Source & sink and conveyors, we are now able to simulate many use cases.

There is no more need to have EFS (Factory Simulation Engineer) role or IEN (Factory flow simulation) to create and manage multiple parts.

and with Variables :
