In order to simulate and program some industrial robot scenarios that have been implemented, position variables are used. When combined with arithmetic operations, they can be quite powerful in applications such as palletization in material handling. New for 2023x, DELMIA has incorporated posiiton variables, which can be operated on by the other logical operations that are available. As a first delivery, these position variables are supported by ABB and Epson translators.
