New Flexible Track Drilling Machine Simulation


Revolutionary fastening machines are the latest trend for airframe manufacturers but  these equipment make them very complex to model & simulate.

From r2022xGA a new kinematic capabilities provide more coverage for simulating aerospace drilling & riveting processes. Engineers that use purpose-built machines for drilling can now build, teach, and simulate flexible track style drilling machines which are being widely deployed for automated airframe riveting processes.

Thanks to this major improvement, the program teaching of  thousands of rivets around the fuselage of this "Flextrack" machine can be carried out with a great increase in productivity.

We become now  the first to simulate flexible airframe drilling systems !
