In 2024xFD04, DELMIA introduces a new function inside Equipment Design and Equipment Layout Engineer to help facilitate the Left and Right handed processes implemented in many robot practices. The new function allows you to mirror a forward kinematic mechanism about a plane that you select. The new mechanism not only mirrors the geometry, but also the home positions, joint travels, and controller data. When dealing with rotational axes, Joint directions can be mirrored (or not) as well.
