Is there anyway I can set MY favorite parameters to appear in this menu not just the pre-populated list?

More context to help provide alternate solutions if the above isn't possible;

I am modelling a 7th axis robotic system with 12 sequenced buffers.

As a part of the sequencing on the buffers (Storage resources) they are locked-out for a period of time after being emptied or filled.

I am currently locking-out the buffers by using the "Waiting time" feature. How can I edit this for this part on all of my buffers at once?
