I was searching on the Community and Training available fro DS/3DX, but everytime I want to design a Workshop on Plant Layout, the main requirement is using a Footprint to locate the resources.

Is there any other recommendations to locate the 3D resources on Plant Layout without using a footprint + snap tool ??

--> I was thinking about creating Mechanical Ports to locate every single Resource, all MP reference from a 0,0,0 Axis... but I think is too much time to do it properly.
