With a special robot module of Laser, COMAU want to build a frame station with laser welding.

It's very efficient and flexible.

But the welding quality is difficult to control because of the gap between panels.

And it could only to weld 2 panels. For 3 panels structure, it must weld twice.

It's a good idea ,but difficult to apply in frame station.
