It is hoped that before the AGV transports the workpiece to the loading/unloading station, the preset conditions can be evaluated.

Hello everyone, I am currently using simulation software to model and optimize an automated production line. I have encountered a scheduling logic problem that is quite challenging. To address this issue, I have created a miniature model and attached the files and videos. I would like to seek advice from the community on the solution.

Production Line Background
Before the AGV transports the workpieces to the loading station, it needs to determine whether there is an exclusive pallet in the warehouse for the workpieces. Each process has a loading station that is responsible for removing and installing the pallets for the workpieces.

Question
How can the loading station determine whether there is an exclusive pallet in the warehouse before loading the workpiece onto the AGV? If there is an exclusive pallet, the workpiece can be transported to the loading station. If there is no exclusive pallet, the loading station cannot use the AGV to transport the workpiece.

Notes for Attention
To simplify the model, the provided miniature model of the pallet warehouse does not need to consider the handling process. In a real project, whether there are pallets in the pallet warehouse is determined by the MES system.
