New calculation optimizations are now available on the R2022 FD03 release to improve productivity during the Body in White scenario.

By using the latest multi-threading computation technology, the fastener reachability analysis time is reduced drastically. This allows to deepen the analysis of collisions of a robotic spot welding cell and to guarantee a trouble-free start of production.

Based on customer feedback, the analysis is performed 65% - 85% faster without the graphic display.

Highlights: 

• The fastener analysis target allows validating that all fasteners allocated to all robots of a complete line are collision free reachable including tips abrasion or multi clearance.

• The computed Analyze panel results shows all calculation results making it easy for the user to choose the best spot welding fastener distribution.
