You may have seen that in 2025xGA, DELMIA Robotics announced a new Robot Material Handling Programmer Role. But did you know that you can also benefit from this new functionality if you are a Robot Programmer + Robot Virtual Commissioning user? When you have the Robot Programmer Role (RBS) and the Robot Virtual Commissioning role (RVN), you can take advantage of the new capabilities to perform robot material handling and palletizing simulations and programming.  

This new functionality also includes a creative new user interface to simplify the user experience and streamline the user's workflow by tracking the user's progress and creating robot and conveyor tasks with sensors and I/O mapping automatically.  

• Saves time by automatically generating the tasks needed for the conveyor, sensors, and robot. No additional programming is required.
• Provides full capability to create and modify pallets and pallet layers. Standard pallets are included or users can create their own custom pallets. Users can also re-arrange the layout of each layer on the pallet.
• Off-line programming capabilities provide programming the production robots directly.  
• The Material Handling Assistant keeps the user on-track with an intuitive interface that shows which steps have been completed and which steps have yet to be done. This breakthrough interface avoids confusion and reduces user interaction.
