How to force a Buffer to hold material before an AGV is called ex Buffer Capacity is 8 items AND call the AGV to unload when Buffer reaches 80 Capacity

Please use the Env Variable

set DEL_FFS_Activate_Route_Request_Limits=1

In my example,

My buffer Capacity is 10 and my route level is 8

You will notice in the simulation the buffer will stack up till it reaches a capacity of 80% and then the AGV is called.

The AGV has picked up its first product and you will notice there are 7 quantities in the buffer.
