This posting is a tip for AGV management in Factory Flow Simulation. 

Here is a layout where an AGV delivers a part Station by Station. In front of each station, an AGV unloads a part to a Machine, and then loads a part from a Machine and delivers it to the next station.

But, at some time, it can be jammed in this layout.

The AGV delivering a part from Stn1 to Stn2 is blocking the behind AGV trying to pick up a part from Stn2.

If we activate the option “Based On Target Request” for each Route Group, we can control AGVs similar to Pull Mode.

When the Target Resource becomes empty and requests the next input, an AGV is starting to move to pick up a part.

By this option, the AGV jamming can be prevented.
