Hi, I'm new here.

I'm using DELMIA Factory Flow Simulation. SUCH A COOL PROGRAM. Not sure if this is the right community, would love to have some discussions with more seasoned folks 🙂 

1. Wondering if anyone has tips on defining the CONWIP boundaries?

2. Does anyone have issues assigning one machine failure interruption to multiple machines at the same time? Does it randomly cut all of them down at the same time or does it randomly cut each one down independently?

3. If I wanted to model people in a factory getting sick and taking time off, can I apply failures to resources/manikins?

4. If I have 20 workers that are cross-trained, how do I have one "resource pool" that can deploy any of those 20 workers to wherever work needs to be done? So far, I can only assign one resource per resource pool. Wondering if I'm doing this wrong.
