Has any one come across the TAG points getting deleted after BI Essential message. Below is a brief description

" We are creating a workcell ( robot task/Tag path) in 2015X 3D experience delmia . During the work if the user gets " BI essential " warning message and when he saves and open the file again all the tags are getting deleted."
