Hello All DELMIA Users,

While positioning PFMEA and control plan solution to build to print organization, lots of questions comes from customer around mapping requirements to process plan and ultimately to PFMEA and control plan. Those usecases I aggregated here in requirement data flow diagram and provide some solution as well. 
 

As build-to-print organization always get data in the following format from customer, it is not always 3D Model
1. CAD Drawing (DWG format or any other format)
2. Scan Document or PDF files with ballooning information 
3. Requirements in the form of list (Ex. Process requirements, qualitative requirements)

In our PFMEA and control plan solution, process plan structure is prerequisite, and it is essential to maintain a link with the process plan to manage changes effectively. As a build-to-print organization, the primary focus is on the manufacturing side. Often, the customer data which they get is without 3D.
I created here a requirement flow diagram which covers all usecases of customer with mapping requirements in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and ultimately, we can use them for PFMEA and control plan creation
