To illustrate the IPM (Industry Process Module) Body Engineering & Manufacturing of the Experience Target Zero Defect, a new 2013X demonstration has been developed and is now available in the Experience center.

The purpose of this demonstration is to illustrate the power of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform along the Body in White Process. The main steps of the demo are the following:

• Vehicle Project Review
• BiW Design & Fastener Creation (this is the first demo showing the new "live fastening" workbench which permit to create fasteners intuitively
• Early phase Process Planning - You will see  through the "product build-up" the capabilty to work in context of the planning (gun accessiblity in this case).
• Engineering Change (co-reviewing between designer and process planner or working under Engineering Change Order)
• Process update 

• This demo shows how V6 permits to shorter the BIW development time through concurrent engineering between Designer and Process Planner.
• This demo shows the strong capabilities of V6  to create, manage, verify and plan the fasteners.
