When simulating a scenario in Factory Flow Simulation App, we are able to observe resources KPIs in parallel of a dynamic live Gantt that saves resources & operations states. This Live Gantt can be exported as an XML file containing all details about operations & resources. It helps to well understand what is happening during simulation to debug the model. The simulation report  with all KPIs can be also exported and enriched with additional information to better analyze the impacts.
