Inside DS, several DELMIA experts are collaborating to document how end-2-end manufacturing scenarios are fulfilled using our applications. From a Process Engineering perspective, we would like to send to Execution and ERP our processes but also be informed if issues happen to improve and correct our engineering or manufacturing definition.

This group of experts is called the DELMIA Connectivity Task Force (DCTF). Most recently, they are sharing information on a scenario called Closed Loop Issue Resolution (CLIR).

As Manufacturing Engineer we often not aware of production issues because most are resolved on the shop floor, using only DELMIA Apriso. But in some cases, engineering is required to make design changes. The CLIR scenario focuses on this situation that goes beyond DELMIA Apriso.
