On R2022 I go to the attributes Manger in Context Builder.
But there is no attribute to toggle on/off the 3D View.

The toggle is present On-premise but not On-cloud

I did find a knowledge base article on this problem, but don't understand the CLOSURE comments. 
Our administrator says there is no ability to turn 3D Indexing ON/OFF (on the cloud).

The image below shows the 3D attribute that is available On-Premise but NOT available On-Cloud.
This is the issue. 

Is there a preference or setting that can turn on the 3D attribute for on-cloud?
