As we known , the Tool & Jig design could be separated into 2 steps - concept design and detail design. And the concept design of Jig is very important for process planner . Because it will impact the spot allocation and gun selection.

Do we have the function of concept design in our system V5? The answer is yes.

We could import the product's locator and clamp in DPE.  

and then we could assign the locator and clamp as spot in DPM.

We will create the standard pin and clamp in WSC. And then it's easy to design the 3D concept jig. With 3D concept jig, we could allocate spot and select gun more accurate.
