In DELMIA Apriso Production screen, we configured 2 options - the ability for operator to:
1. Ask a Question in 3DSWYM community
2. Share an Idea in 3DSWYM community

With the ability to ask a question to larger community, operator can bring attention to a potential problem, with context, so that others who might have encountered the problem before can address it.  
But it doesn’t involve creating an alert, nor defect, which negatively affect key KPIs unnecessarily.

On the other hand, with operator able to share their ideas, suggestions for improvements can be captured when they occur on the shop floor.
There is no need to wait until after the fact, when it might be a hassle for the operator to bring it up or worse, they forget it.

Along with the Questions and Ideas, the operator can include relevant community and user defined tags to make their content easily searchable.

In the scenario, DELMIA Apriso also automatically creates a tag for WipOrderNo so that anyone searching for a relevant WipOrderNo can look it up.
