This is the final part of the series of narrated videos (5 in total) for the CLIR scenario: Issue Resolution and Close Out. After the production planner created the retrofit production order and updated the plan in ORTEMS, it is time for shop floor supervisor and operator to do the retrofit order to intall the modifed part and close original Apriso issue.

In this part of demonstration, we show you how production supervisor and operator can remove confusion and inefficiency when resolving problems and also how to ensure accurate and complete traceability by utilizing the solutions provided by DELMIA Apriso.
This demonstration is divided into 4 parts. In the 1st part, production supervisor first uses Productoin Monitoring Cockpit to visualize arrival of retrofit order. In the 2nd part, production operator uses Execution Cockpit to execute the retrofit order to install the new part. And after this, production supervisor once again uses Production Monitoring Cockpit to release and close-out previously held work order.
In the 3rd part, production supervisor uses Apriso Genealogy screen to view As-Built genealogy, acrose multiple work orders including the retrofit order. And supervisor can track all related manufacturing information through the genealogy tree. And finally in the 4th part, production supervisor uses Issue Management Cockpit to close-out the issue in Apriso.
