This is the third part of the series of narrated videos (5 in total) for the CLIR scenario. After we reported the issue from DELMIA Apriso to 3DEXPERIENCE platform in the first part of the demonstration, in this part of demonstration, we will analyze the issue and take some actions on the engineering side in 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

This demonstration is divided into 4 parts. In part 1, the engineer uses 3DEXPERIENCE Issue Management to view the issue created from DELMIA Apriso. after having the overview of the issue, in part 2, the engineer uses Apriso Dashboard on 3DEXPERIENCE platform to access Apriso screen directly. This enable engineer to view additional context information on the issue.
In part 3, the engineer uses the 3DEXPERIENCE Change Action application to:
- Create a new, replacement part, adjust the existing engineering item and manufacturing item, and publish to the ERP for procurement.
- Create a new retrofit process plan, and publish to ERP and Apriso for production / work order creation.
Finally, in the last part of the demonstration, the engineer closes out the 3DEXPERIENCE engineering issue.
