The DCTF team (DELMIA Connectivity Task Force) has been working on documenting and implementing another end-to-end scenario, Closed Loop Issue Resolution (CLIR).

CLIR begins where the Work Order Creation scenario ends, with the identification of a problem on the shop floor.  The manufacturing model is the same, complex assembly.

Two of the many documents DCTF team have published for CLIR scenario are 1 Slide per Step and Process Flow Diagram. These documents summarize the end to end process flow covered by this scenario. 

• 1 Slide per Step - This document summarizes each step of the scenario by 1) describing the step, 2) identifying which 3DS products are used, 3) visually depicting the step, 4) identifying the reason that this step is required by a manufacturer. 
• Process Flow Diagram - This document visually depicts the scenario process flow.  The visual depictions in the 1 slide per step document are taken directly from this diagram.

Many types of problems can arise on the shop floor.  We have chosen a problem and a resolution path that requires connectivity from Apriso to 3DX, and subsequently ERP, Ortems and back to Apriso to implement the fix.
