APRISO Dispatching Board - #4 Functional Description (3/3)

Hello

It is the last post about Dispatching Board of APRISO.

Until last, we looked at loading schedule of ERP/APS through APRISO's Dispatching Board tool and rescheduling quickly according to the situation of the field.

This time, I will look at performance comparison between resources and schedule monitoring.

Why do we keep considering rescheduling by simulating and comparing various schedules? This is for finding the optimal alternative through various tests and improving continuously.
And this allows to execute optimal production.

In other words, evaluation and continuous monitoring of schedule execution are essential.

In APRISO dispatching board, it provides various performance classes (resource utilization time and percentage,  average processing time, the number of late activities, and so on.), calculated KPIs view, and comparison between workspace.
