Ergonomics Workplace Design was developed using the User centric philosophy​​​​​​​, which means that the users of the products are at the center of the design activities. One of the most important aspect of user centric design is usability testing. User test consists of sessions in which a user (EWD persona​​​​​​​) performs a predefined task and give valuable and insightful feedback about his/her perception using the app. While this is happening, people involved in the project acts as observers and captures as much information as possible about the user interacting with the app. The tests results are analyzed to identify the blocking points. A new design iteration is done and new tests are conducted. This loop ensured app continuous improvements. Today, almost 100 user testing sessions (94 to be precise!) have been conducted on the product!
