According to the program I have built beginning of the year, this post is the last one for 2022.
I have tried to share with you my experience about collaborative job and how to implement team work because I sincerely believe that it can make a good job a great job, a good team a great team and a good company a great one!
In our current world, digitalization is the new standard, remote collaboration a reality and team work a great challenge to maintain.
The decisions that company will take during their digital transformation journey will deeply impact users and how they are collaborating. We all know that a new information system may increase value for each of the users but will it also improve the way they will work as a team tomorrow?
With digital you can increase the speed of one or two rowers but will you increase the global speed of the boat or just make large circle ?
