During the past months we did not travel a lot and visit as much customer as we usually do. We all had to adapt our way of working and to develop new habits.

In my job I have to understand my customers current organization, pain points and wishes in order to design with them what could be a possible To Be (information flow and business processes).

To do so remotely I am now using our well-known 3Dlean tool and after few training, I have to say it is a perfect tool to managed interviews and build a shared global vision.
