Hello fellow visual scripters! I have been coming back and forth to this project in xGenerative Design for about 6 months to learn the tool better.

I have created a custom operator to create isogrids on revolute surfaces to lightweight and stiffen revolved surfaces. The input is an offset surface with controllers for number of isogrid members and another for isogrid thickness. 

I have been preparing this user operator for some upcoming content with GoEngineer. I’ll specifically be looking at using isogrids with additive manufacturing and other use cases for visual scripting with design for additive manufacturing (DFAM). Isogrids are so unique, but also have some trade-offs depending on your manufacturing method.
