Here is a 15min tutorial on how to create voronoï lattices with a variable density (based on distance measurement) using Visual Script Designer and Lattice Designer.

Feel free to comment and ask questions, you can find the 3DXML model attached.

Edit: You can add additional operators (yellow group) to remove edges from the voronoï cells coming from topology of the limiting volume (thank you Edouard for that!):
-Sub element to extract faces from voronoï cells
-Group faces by tangency
-Boundary to extract contour edges
