I am embarrassed to ask about this again.  BUT think I know the answer. 

I'm missing something.  I can run a sim from the upper tool bar and select a value (using Remove/Add functionality)   Save that instance, but when I drag the  "aur:AUR" to the context field, The only value that fills in is the AUR_As_Built.

Is this because, I need to "pull-up" the other values to the AUR block, before they will show up?

That is the only difference I can see between this model and earlier examples.  Power Point attached provides a visual.
