I'm thrilled to share that I recently had the honor of leading an engaging and highly informative half-day workshop at the MBSE Cyber Systems Symposium 2024, held in Dallas, Texas. This workshop was centered around the use of Stimulus for the development of an automotive headlight module.
The session was designed to be hands-on and interactive, allowing attendees to gain practical experience through a step-by-step tutorial. Throughout the workshop, participants had the opportunity to:
- Create Signals: Learn the foundational steps of creating and managing signals within Stimulus.
- Define and Simulate Requirements: Understand how to effectively define and simulate requirements to ensure they meet specified criteria.
- Debug Requirements: Gain insights into debugging techniques to identify and resolve issues within the requirements.
Moreover, we delved into the advanced aspect of testing with black box cosimulation with Stimulus and Simulink. This involved using Stimulus to verify that the controller design is compliant with the Stimulus specifications, ensuring robust and compliant system designs.
The session attracted a diverse and dynamic group of professionals from various sectors, including Transportation & Mobility (T&M), Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Defense, and many more.
Attendees represented a broad spectrum of organizations and countries, contributing to a rich exchange of knowledge and experiences.
I am incredibly proud to have led such a valuable learning experience and be a part of this incredible event. The workshop not only highlighted the power of Stimulus in system design but also reinforced the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in advancing our field.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the workshop and how Stimulus can benefit your projects, please feel free to reach out. I’m more than happy to discuss and share the learnings from this exceptional event.
