Problem: TWC Project cannot update project usage versions successfully. The process prompts an error. 

Potential problem trigger: This began when I set a Used Project to a previous commit # in trunk and then proceeded to update project usage in main project. The issue now seems to be part of main project as I've tested other project usages and get similar behavior.

Clues: I've never seen this in Update Used Projects window. The Used Version column displays a "-1" value rather than the successor value (non negative). 

Request: How to fix project usage update issue without impacting relationships between main project elements and usage elements?

Projects are not locked by another user nor is there password mismatch. We've tested several times.
