I am attempting to write a metachain based on the structure below and could use some help.  I am attempting to get all the functional requirements associated with an operational activity in an allocation matrix.  I have managed, via implied relation, to get all the L1 capabilities associated with an operational activity, but cannot work out how to get to the functional requirements level.  All help is welcome.
