We're currently working on a project to use the Code Engineering-Reverse tools in Cameo to ingest code and generate class diagrams from that code.

The code base we're working from is very complex, and has many multiple sub-systems/sub-directories. We've generated the class diagrams from these sub-systems, but is there an automated way to be able to find and create the connections between the sub systems/sub folders?

Would project merge work for this purpose?
