For the default structure when instantiating a new project using UAF with process guide, the packages created don't have documentation for the packages with the UAF stereotypes applied. 

For example, if we look at the Architecture Motivation package, if you turn on documentation you see that there is no Architecture Motivation documentation (see figure 1). Architecture Management Motivation has documentation but the documentation is contained in the UAF Profile. A user of the tool has to manually copy over the documentation. It would be beneficial if all of the documentation was already copied over when a new project is created. See 2nd figure attached for an example.
