We use TWC Collaborator 2021x Refresh 2 and try to generate pdf out of a Collaborator report which contains a table with 10 columns and 930 rows - a big RTVM matrix. TWC webapps will start processing and a few hours later will simply crash. Asked support and no issue was detected in the log files. We were recommended to split and use a different server for webapps or move to 2022x which is supposed to have a new way of generating pdf. Our TWC server is an 8Cores, 64GB memory with 200GB+500GB SSD.

Switching to 2022x is NOT an option at this point and using a second server for webapps seems unreasonable giving the server configuration we have,

I am wondering if anyone had faced similar issue and if a solution was found,
