Hello, 

I have a CAMEO model that is saved on TWC (teamwork cloud). I need to save an offline copy of it, but I am met with this error message every time.

When I go into the project usages under collaborate and try to delete the Excel Import Profile, the button is greyed out. I presumed this was because I was not the resource manager for this TWC project, but when I tried again with resource manger credentials I still was unable to remove the Excel Import Profile. 

Has anyone experienced this issue and knows a solution or work-around?
