Dynamic, access-based model self-transformation?

Can MagicDraw perform dynamic project self-transformation to match a user's access level?  In other words, can MagicDraw (or any MBSE tool) support dynamic access control with a granularity at the element or element property/tag level?

Think of it this way:  Authorized user sees sensitive elements, unauthorized user does not.

While a convoluted usage-version solution based on hidden packages and multiple projects can be developed, this solution is not ideal and requires a large amount of process overhead in its governance.

Though the Data Markings and Classification plugin holds promise, it does not dynamically self-transform the model for a given user's access privileges on login/update as one might expect, and instead functions similarly to the PLE plugin, requiring a full transformation and commit (or branch) before marked elements disappear from access.  This then leads to model de-synch, possible clobbering during merge due to human error, and a circular update cycle.  Looking to "do one better" than these two options.

Thanks for your support!
