Has anyone experienced this DOORS->MD Requirements Sync Issue? 

Sometimes, for certain DOORS modules, sync appears to work correctly (no errors in the Sync Dialog), but some requirement elements are missing from the containment after the sync. 

The error manifests itself in the DataHub Navigator as a blue/yellow flag on each affected item, indicating they are "Orphans". 

These requirements link to a blank (<>) element in MagicDraw:

but, attempting to navigate to that element produces an error: 

I can run  this tool and then see what happened. Then I have to navigate to each orphan, delete the DH Link manually, and re-sync. Sometimes I have to do that multiple times to get everything to work. Once that’s all done, the fix sticks and I don’t have to do it again on subsequent syncs. This ONLY occurs for new requirement elements added to the DOORS module, not for existing elements (at least, that’s what I’ve seen happen so far.)
