Hello,

I am trying to add an MDEL hyperlink to a collaborator document such that it would open Cameo to the specific element. The hyperlink can not be added to the collaborator document since it is does not have an http prefix. I also have noticed that the MDEL protocol is not available in Windows. Can you please provide instructions so that:

1. I can use an MDEL or http hyperlink to open Cameo and navigate to a specific model element.
2. I can configure the MDEL protocol in Windows.
