On May 15, the Dassault Systèmes MBSE Roadshow and User Day was successfully held in Beijing. Dassault Systèmes, in collaboration with industry experts, discussed in-depth the application of MBSE in enhancing efficiency, reusability, quality assurance, collaboration, lifecycle management, and virtual twin technology. These methodologies provide scientific and reliable strategies for managing complex engineering projects, helping enterprises overcome R&D limitations and further stimulate innovation potential.

Opening Remarks

The conference began with an opening speech by @FX, CHINA CATIA Sales Senior Manager at Dassault Systèmes, who warmly welcomed the participants. She expressed hope that the conference would witness the transfer of knowledge, sharing of experiences, exchange of ideas, and possibilities of cooperation. @DWCATIA Cyber Systems Industry Process Expert Senior Specialist at Dassault Systèmes APAC summarized the basic principles and methods of system design MBSE, emphasizing the importance of design frameworks, standards, and best practices in ensuring system architecture. She shared application areas and implementation cases of system design, and introduced how to solve key coordination issues in complex system design to improve overall efficiency and reliability.

Cloud Control Algorithm Development for Connected Buses Based on MBSE

Jing Zhao , System Architect at CICV, introduced the development of a cloud control algorithm for connected buses using the MBSE approach. She detailed how model-driven methods enhance the operational efficiency and intelligence of buses to meet future ICV system design needs, and explained the potential utility and capabilities of cloud control algorithms in real-time data processing, vehicle scheduling, and passenger experience optimization.

Trial Use of MBSE in High-Speed Train Door Development

Haifang Wang, Senior Engineer at CRRC Tangshan Co., Ltd., discussed with attendees the application of MBSE in high-speed train door development. Through modeling and simulation, the design and verification process were optimized, improving R&D efficiency and product quality. She also demonstrated MBSE's capabilities in risk management and problem prediction in complex system development, reducing potential failures and maintenance costs through early simulations.

Infrastructure Industry Systems Engineering Solutions

@BL, CHINA INFRASTRUCTURE Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, detailed how systematic engineering methods enhance project management, risk control, and execution efficiency in the infrastructure industry. He highlighted the scalability and adaptability of these solutions in large infrastructure projects, helping to efficiently complete projects within budget and time constraints.
