Our last BIOVIA Conference had many great talks.
One of the talks, Miriam López-Ramos from Galapagos NV speaks on "Integrating Pipeline Pilot-based Cheminformatics Tools in Medicinal Chemists’ Workflows"
Abstract:
Galapagos, many of these protocols are now deployed in LiveDesign, either through direct calls to the Pipeline Pilot server or by integrating with Discngine’s Pipeline Pilot-LiveDesign connector. These integrations allow us now to fully exploit the interactivity of web-based Pipeline Pilot protocols from a user-friendly, single access-point interface. During this talk I would like to show our “Scaffold tags” tool, a corner stone in Galapagos’s SAR analysis process. This is an example of a Pipeline Pilot-based tool that is well integrated in our medicinal chemistry workflow.
