I am having some trouble getting a data source (postgres) set up on my PLP2021 server running on Windows Server 2016. In previous server builds (9.5, 2018) I was able to make an ODBC connection through windows and it would appear in the PLP admin, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

Thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
